CalExotics, the world’s most trusted name in pleasure products, makes a clean sweep during three adult industry award shows. CalExotics and its team took home an AVN “O” Award, Xbiz Executive Award and two Xbiz Awards to round out this year’s award season.

Each award highlights special achievements made by the sex toy manufacturer. With its products, CalExotics strives to provide an array of intimate selections for women, men, and couples. In addition to their products, CalExotics put a major focus on its customers. “We have a customer first approach in everything we do, and we’ve really enhanced that with our retail training tools, including Toy Time and the CalExotics Institute,” says Jackie White, Executive Vice President of Calexotics. The company was the first to offer a robust retail training program. Toy Time, as it was appropriately named, featured one-hour videos that demonstrated pleasure product selling techniques along with a large dose of product knowledge. The first volume, produced in 2004, was a large box set including DVD’s, written training material, tests, and course certificates. Over the years, the company produced several volumes and distributed over 200,000 copies. In 2015, the company debuted the CalExotics Institute. This online education portal is a resource for industry professionals to gain access to product knowledge, selling techniques and sexual health and wellness topics. Colvin adds, “Education is one of our highest priorities, and with the CalExotics Institute, we have the ability to reach individuals around the world. Austin Ferdinand, who has been with CalExotics for 13 years, was recognized by his peers and took home the Senior Leadership Award during the Xbiz Executive Awards. These awards stand out as they celebrate exceptional career achievement for individuals who put their hearts and souls into their careers.
